SALON POLICIES
Booking & Appointments
~ Appointments & Walk-ins are welcome!
(Please note: Walk-ins are welcome when available, but not guaranteed.)
~ At the moment, online booking is available for lash services only. Please call us to book nail services or waxing services.
~ Please arrive on time or early. Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted to fit the remaining time.
Cancellation & No-Shows
~ We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
~ Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 30% late cancellation fee.
~ No-Shows/No Calls will be charged 50% of the missed service.
(Please note: You will not be able to rebook an appointment until payment is made.)
Deposits
~ Deposits are required for ALL lash appointments.
~ Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your service total.
~ In the event of a late cancellation or a no show/no call, deposits are forfeited.
~ If deposit is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
Service Guarantee/Refunds
~ Due to the nature of beauty services and the time/products reserved specifically for each client/appointment, we do not offer refunds on completed services.
~ If you experience any issues or are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address your concerns and make any necessary adjustments. Adjustments can only be made within this grace period.
~ If it’s a salon-related issue, we’re happy to fix it complimentary.
~ If it’s due to aftercare or client-related causes, we will help identify and educate, but a fix fee may apply.
~ We reserve the right to refuse any client/services.
Payments
~ We accept card, cash, and contactless payments.
(Please note: Prices are marked at a cash discount of 2.5% per transaction. If you pay by debit/credit card, the difference will be added to your service.)
Children & Guests
